We currently have an opportunity for a Store manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
'Responsible for the overall day-to-day operation and performance of American Girl Store including the retail experience.
'Ensure that all departments operate effectively and efficiently in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of American Girl, Inc.
'Execution of merchandise and visual standards.
'Ensure that customer service and customer satisfaction in this quality environment is the top priority and that all staff, systems, operations, and procedures reflect this philosophy.
'Working with other company executives involved in marketing, merchandising, HR, and finance. Identify local business needs.

Requirements:
'BS or BA degree in Business or Retail Management preferred
'Five or more years of retail operation management experience is required
'Strong written, verbal and management experience is required
